For me, painting means accepting surprise.
Every canvas begins with an idea, then becomes a journey — the painting grows and changes layer after layer as I work on it. Some paintings find their balance, others don’t.

But I never throw those canvases away.
My son gives them a second life, painting over them, transforming them, and turning unfinished stories into something completely new.
